Whether the transaction involves the purchase or sale of a residential or commercial property, or whether it is a refinancing of an existing property, we are here to effect the transaction from beginning to end.
 
We represent one of the largest real estate brokerages in Canada and have had broad experience in dealing with all manner of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing matters, landlord and tenant matters and real estate financing matters.
 
We also negotiate property management agreements, co-ownership agreements and joint venture agreements.
